Refurbishment of Grade II listed 8 - 10 Grosvenor Gardens to refurbish the vacant building into 7 floor high quality CAT A and CAT B office space using high energy efficient lighting and control system. The existing listed facade was carefully restored along with altering the entrance to increase size and modern video entry and access control for security.
