Demolition of existing building to make way for the new mixed use development consisting of shell and core for future retail, commercial office space levels 1-4 and 5 high end residential apartments to levels 5+6 with balconies. Appointed during the recovery from Covid, the MEP design was targeted to provide a safe working environment with air purification systems and hands free access control/automated door system.
